Orders are delivered by DHL Express worldwide with tracking information via Express method. After your purchase is processed you will receive e-mail with tracking number and information.

We offer free & express shipping on all orders via worlwide DHL Express & DPD (Germany and Austria) courier partners.

Worldwide Standard DHL delivery: /5-8 work days/ – Free of Charge

Worldwide Express DHL delivery: /2-4 work days/ – 20€

DPD Germany & Austria: /3-4 work days/ – 15€

Orders are dispatched from 1 to 5 days /during busy period/ and delivered with DHL Express unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries take from 1 to 3 days depending on your location when dispatched with DHL Express. Minoar offers Worldwide Express DHL delivery /2-4 work days/ and free worldwide standard DHL trackable delivery.

MWST. INKLUSIVE: Custom Taxes & duties are included (outside European Union).

MINOAR aims to provide best customer satisfaction and all taxes & duties are included in the price of the goods you purchase. Custom duties, taxes and fees are included in the stated prices for all countries outside European Union. If for any reason taxes or fees are applied to your delivery parcel, please contact us at info@minoar.com and provide us the relevant waybill/documents for your purchase.

Shipping costs for returned items for a refund are covered by the customer.

When items are returned for exchange shipping costs are covered by Minoar.

The return & refund cost is a flat rate fee of 20€.
The return for exchange cost is free of charge globally.

All deliveries back to Minoár are done by DHL courier service in order to guarantee safe and swift return.

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their experience at MINOAR. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. 3. Als nächstes bereiten wir den Rücksendeschein und die Dokumente für das Rücksendepaket vor.
4. Once we email you the return waybill, kindly arrange your parcel courier pickup online at www.dhl.com or leave the return package in the nearest DHL drop off service point.
5. Entfernen Sie alle vorherigen Etiketten und bringen Sie das neue Abhol-Etikett an Ihrem Paket an.
6. Verpacken Sie die Artikel für die Rücksendung nur in DHL Express-Flyer-Taschen - solche Taschen erhalten Sie von einem DHL-Kurier oder bei Ihrer örtlichen DHL-Abgabestelle.
7. Sobald wir die Artikel erhalten und geprüft haben, werden wir alle weiteren Schritte /Umtausch oder Rückgabe/ bearbeiten.

Exchanges are free of charge and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. The return cost is a flat rate fee of 20€.

Every item is dispatched inside our signature garment cotton strap bag with the Minoár logotype at the center. It doesn't matter how many items you have ordered, each item comes inside its own pouch. They are different in size depending on the item measurements and volume.

All Minoár products are crafted in our atelier. Minoár does not work with outside manufacturing. In such a way we control the entire crafting process, artisan work and packaging control. Minoár pays great attention and awareness towards a sustainable lifestyle and reducing our footprint is in the brand's core beliefs.
